NetEnt Games Now Available to New Jersey Gamblers at Tropicana Online Casino
- April 27, 2016 By Oliver Young -
Casino fans from the US state of New Jersey can now play games from NetEnt software at Tropicana Online Casino. Today the Swedish based software and game developer announced that a selection of its top notch online casino products has gone live at the online gaming division of the Atlantic City’s Tropicana Casino.
This wouldn’t have been possible if NetEnt didn’t receive the transactional waiver from the Division of Gaming Enforcement in New Jersey. This waiver makes it possible for the provider to launch a collection of its virtual casino titles with a certain online gaming operator based in New Jersey while its application to get a full license is still being reviewed by the gambling regulatory body of the state. The provider successfully managed to integrate its gaming content into the existing game offer at the casino.
NetEnt Signs Agreement with Gamesys US
In order to launch its online casino games with the Tropicana Casino brand, the Swedish developer signed a deal with fellow gaming operator Gamesys US last November. After it secured the deal with Gamesys US, NetEnt also partnered with other major online gaming brands in the New Jersey virtual gambling market.
Namely, the software provider made its first foray into the North American gaming market by signing agreements to provide its casino games to Borgata and bwin.party which are also active in the state of New Jersey.
Gamesys US is the leader in the NJ market. The company is still working with Tropicana Atlantic City Casino and Resort and is running Tropicana Casino and Virgin Casino on the Internet.
Björn Krantz, NetEnt Americas Managing Director, said that the company’s efforts to provide top notch gaming experience to gamblers in New Jersey will most definitely match the determination of Gamesys to secure growth in the long run in this virtual gaming market.
The General Manager of Gamesys US, Leon Earp, commented on their deal with NetEnt that the company’s offering would complement their online gambling destinations in New Jersey in the best way possible. The Vice President Online and Internet Marketing of Tropicana Entertainment also commended that the company is determined to bring the best gaming content to its customers and that the deal with NetEnt would most definitely mean offering premium and innovative games to their players.
NetEnt Content Also Went Live with PokerStars
Quite recently products from NetEnt software also went live with PokerStars in New Jersey after the largest card room in the world was allowed to return to the United States. However, its presence is limited only within the borders of the state, at least for now.
