Mr Green Relaunches Garbo Online Casino in Sweden
- June 17, 2017 By Riley Wilson -
Swedish online gambling operator, Mr Green, has just announced the relaunch of its Garbo online casino.
The relaunch has kicked off in Sweden, while the revamped casino will primarily be focused on mobile users and will offer a broad selection of titles. Currently, the website is available in Swedish, English and German.
Ambitious Plans
Per Norman, Chief Executive Officer of Mr Green & Co said the company believed that Garbo had the potential to become a strong global brand. He added that Garbo would take advantage of Mr Green’s resources, such as digital knowledge, suppliers and expertise.
Norman stated the first version of Garbo, which was built for mobile users, was using the same tech platform as Mr Green. In his opinion, such move offers significant advantages.
The head of Garbo website, which can be accessed on www.garbo.com, is Oskar Mühlbach. Mühlbach, who has been at the company since early 2016, will lead a team of four whose only responsibility will be Garbo.
A Fantastic Opportunity
He said this was a fantastic opportunity and a great challenge, since there was a big number of mobile gaming sites on the market, but he was sure Garbo would quickly show its strength and position itself at the very top.
Mühlbach stated Garbo would offer a personal approach, and promised lots of fun and plenty of action.
Garbo was acquired back in 2014, but the launch had to wait until 2016 and the development of the new technology platform. The next move was the relaunch, which has been successfully completed a couple of days ago.
The first version is being introduced to Sweden-based customers, with other regulated markets soon to follow.
