Microgaming Releases Cash of Kingdoms Slot
- October 23, 2018 By Riley Wilson -
The leading developer of online gaming content Microgaming has added a new game to its extensive portfolio of video slots.
Developed by Slingshot Studios, the new game is titled Cash of Kingdoms, and will be exclusively available for operators powered by Microgaming.
A Dynamic Medieval-Themed Slot
Cash of Kingdoms was previewed at this year’s edition of ICE Totally Gaming in London, where it drew a lot of attention.
This is a 5-reel 3-row video slot with 15 paylines, boasting crisps graphics and an exciting gameplay, combined with a number of potentially lucrative features that may help punters grab rewarding prizes.
With a medieval theme, Cash of Kingdoms introduces five brave characters – Knight, Mage, Rogue, Bombardier, and Archer, who will accompany players on their quest to find hidden riches and awards.
Players will surely benefit from the Invading Wilds feature, which can occur in both the main game and the Free Spins round, turning reels Wild when it’s on. Land a full stack of Wilds on reel 2 or 4 to turn an adjacent reel Wild, while a full stack of Wilds on both these reels will turn the middle one Wild.
Lucrative Features on Offer
It should be noted that Cash of Kingdoms pays both ways, which means each and every time the Invading Wild feature is activated you’ll get a payout.
There are rewarding prizes waiting in the Free Spins round, which can be activated by landing three Scatter symbols. While the feature is active, a full stack of Wilds lands on reels 2 and 4 will not only turn the middle reel wild but will also award a 2x multiplier. Any additional Scatters finding their place on the reels will result in more spins being awarded.
Commenting on the launch of the game, Richard Vermaak, Head of Studio at Slingshot Studios, said his company was extremely excited to release Cash of Kingdoms, the first game under their studio brand. He added the whole team had worked hard building a product they hoped players would have as much fun playing as they had creating it.
David Reynolds, Games Publisher at Microgaming, added the game delivered plenty of on-screen action on any device, together with a popular theme that was sure to make it a player favourite. He pointed out Slingshot Studios had brought a dynamic addition to Microgaming’s diverse portfolio with Cash of Kingdoms and stated he couldn’t wait to unveil more exclusive creations from them in the coming months.
