Quickspin Enhances Its Games with a Newly Launched In-Game Challenges Innovation
- December 19, 2018 By Oliver Young -
Quickspin, the innovative game developer which was established in 2011, is currently owned by Playtech, a prominent, top-tier software provider. The merger of these two companies has really shown great results in terms of gaming solutions. Playtech’s two decades of experience in the business and Quickspin’s strong team of innovative and expert gamers combo has resulted in excellent game products and services.
Last year and evidently this year were pretty successful for the Stockholm-based gaming company, since following last year’s Second Strike release and Achievement Races and Achievement Engine tools promotions, Quickspin has announced the launch of a new in-game innovation, the Challenges mini-game.
The Swedish online games provider and developer has issued an official press release describing Challenges innovation as a pioneering loyalty tool that will provide players with a secondary level of gameplay, which will be added to Quickspin’s existing slot games portfolio.
The Specifics for the Mini-Game, Challenges
Challenges is, basically, a mini-game which will be added to each and every one of the slots in Quickspin’s game selection. It was designed in order to give players the chance to unlock prizes. In essence, the mini-game will serve to challenge players to go on a mission, guiding a given character through a path that will take them to rewards. In the official press release, the developer said that Challenges is fuelled by the outcome of spins from the base game, so basically, in simple terms, this innovation will be like a bonus game.
However, the Chief Executive Officer for Quickspin, Daniel Lindberg, explained in detail that they designed this tool to offer players some extra excitement, so there will be something more to it. In fact, everyone eager to try out the mini-game should play Quickspin’s existing Goldilocks and Wild Bears, or Dwarfs Gone Wild slot games since the Challenges innovation has already been attached to them and has gone live. The Alderney and UK-licensed developer revealed that soon enough, Challenges will be added to every one of their games.
Quickspin on Gamification
Lindberg further added that gamification is the future of the online gambling industry, so Quickspin is proud to be in the forefront of this move. Challenges is set to add an extra layer of satisfaction and entertainment on top of Quickspin’s usual gaming experience. The Challenges tool caps an extremely successful year for Quickspin, since this year the developer has marked the launch of the Tournaments in-game feature, and the Dwarfs Gone Wild, Ark of Mystery and Eastern Emeralds slot releases.
Quickspin’s CEO said that the entire team is absolutely delighted to launch the Challenges tool. Since the game will be activated as a result of spins from the base game and will be added on top of each slot, it is expected to provide some extra fun to players who enjoy Quickspin’s existing video slot games.
In relation to the gamification part, after proudly stating the fact that they’re at the forefront of the trend, Lindberg hinted or even better, announced more exciting developments from Quickspin in 2019.
