LeoVegas Launch in Ontario

LeoVegas Group becomes one of the latest online gambling operators to secure approval from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The operator will be able to launch in Ontario, thanks to the approval.

Although AGCO has not issued a license to the group, it is registered as an iGaming operator. Which basically clears to way for LeoVegas to launch in the province. The Ontarian players will see the LeoVegas launch as soon as the market opens, on April 4^th.

In order to launch in the province, LeoVegas must first enter into an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. This AGCO subsidiary oversees the market and will allow LeoVegas to launch when the market opens on April 4^th.

It is expected that LeoVegas will secure the final approval. Once that happens, it will offer their popular gaming products to Ontario players. These products, such as online casino, live casino, and betting are already popular with players all around the world. they will be available under its LeoVegas and Royal Panda brands.

According to LeoVegas, Ontario launch is only a step in its strategy to grow in locally regulated markets. The next steps include going live in the US later this year, starting with New Jersey.
