- June 11, 2015 By Nemanja L. -
World-famous online gaming software provider Net Entertainment has made its first foray into the North American market having signed an agreement to provide its casino games to Borgata and bwin.party brands in the state of New Jersey.
The Swedish software company has enjoyed a huge rise in Europe over the last few years, with casino gamers around the globe delighted by the quality of their games and spirit of innovation.
And it appears that NetEnt also has ambitious plans for the North American market, where they are on the verge of making its presence known in the stake of New Jersey.
NetEnt to Power Borgata and bwin.party
Namely, the software provider has signed an agreement that should see their casino titles offered in New Jersey through the Borgata Casino, Borgata Poker and PartyPoker gaming establishments.
Net Entertainment had earlier applied for a temporary gaming license in the state with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) and they are awaiting to hear whether they will be issued a full operating license.
The likes of Borgata and bwin.party will work closely with their new partner to ensure the agreement is verified and all three parties start profiting from said cooperation.
Impressive Results in Europe
Both Borgata and bwin.party chiefs have been impressed with NetEnt’s results in a highly competitive European market and they are confident they have chosen the perfect partner to offer New Jersey players the best possible gaming experience.
Net Entertainment began their cooperation with bwin.party in April, with PartyCasino already boasting an impressive selection of NetEnt titles across multiple channels.
The highly rated software provider has received more good news over the past couple of weeks, having been awarded a license by La Direccion General de Ordenacion del Juego (DGOJ) to offer their games in Spain, together with another nine operators.
Back in February this year, Net Entertainment won the coveted Slots Provider/Supplier Product of the Year award at the eight edition of International Gaming Awards, having been previously named Innovator of the Year in 2014.
In a short time, the company has become a world leader in the online gaming industry, while they are also making giant strides when it comes to brick and mortar casinos.
